Chef: Andy Spannagel - IT Department - Pigeon, MI 1 lb. Italian or hot sausage In a pan brown sausage with garlic and onion for 5 to 7 minutes. Move to slow cooker and add broth, tomatoes, beans, and seasoning. Set slow cooker for low heat, cover and cook 3 hours. Add red potatoes to crock pot, salt and pepper to taste. 30 minutes before the end add al dente noodles to cook the rest of the way. Pull out sausage and cut into slices and return to crock pot.
