Chef: Steve Kretzschmer - Colored Bean Plant - Pigeon, MI 1 cup CO-OP ELEVATOR® dry Small Red Kidney Beans Never know what to do with left over baked ham, brown sugar, and pineapple? Just add beans. Dump left over ham, bone, juice from cooking pan including pineapple in large stock pot. Add one cup small red kidney beans ,rinse and drained and 3-4 cups water (enough to cover beans). Boil for 2-3 hours. Add potatoes, carrots, apple salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Continue cooking until red beans are tender and soup thickens. < Back to Main Recipe Menu | Back to Small Red Bean Recipes > |
