Black Bean Dip

Chef: Kristin Tenbusch- Accounting Department - Pigeon, MI

2 cups cooked CO-OP ELEVTOR® dry Black Beans
2 cups tomato, diced
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 cup diced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Cilantro
1 tsp. Cumin

Combine all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips. Salt and pepper to taste.

Optional ingredients: 1 can 4 oz. green chilies or dash of hot sauce to taste.
